TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Work shall be carried out under the terms and conditions of the Institute for Conservation Standard contract.

This contract sets out the responsibilities and liabilities of each party.

A copy of the standard contract detailing the agreed work and estimated cost shall be completed and signed by both parties prior to the commencement of any work.

 

 

ESTIMATES

 

AS AN INITIAL CONTACT, I CAN  PROVIDE GUIDELINE ESTIMATES FROM PHOTOGRAPHS, HOWEVER THEY SHOULD BE TREATED ONLY AS AN INDICATION OF LIKELY COST, A PHYSICAL EXAMINATION OF THE OBJECT IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE A MORE ACCURATE ASSESSMENT.

 

ESTIMATES WILL BE BASED ON A RATE OF £35 PER HOUR

 

 

PLEASE NOTE ESTIMATES ARE NOT QUOTATIONS.
